COVID-19 is currently causing stress and fear for all humanity.
You can do something to reduce/eliminate this stress and fear.
What will it do for me?
This session will allow you to transform your perception of a situation where you feel #fear, #worry or #stress. This will be transformed into being at peace with this situation and so feeling calm and in control.
What happens in the session?
On a #Skype or #Zoom call, we discuss how you currently feel and how you want to feel. You will then adopt a seated position and the balancing of the #hemispheres begins. After this balance, your perception will have changed leaving you feeling a state of peace and calm. You will feel different. More able to cope, reason, think positively and be much less affected by fear, stress or worry.
What is a PSYCH-K® Balance?
A #balance is a spiritual process that aligns the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It balances the left (logic, reason...) and the right (emotions, intuitions, creativity…) creating a #WholeBrain State. This state is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new self-enhancing beliefs, reducing unwanted stress and helping you access your "full response potential", in meeting life's challenges. A balance is easy for anyone to do and it has amazing results.
