Free hypno-relaxation vouchers - ended

Every year I give several 'hypno-relaxation' vouchers to charities and organisations. These vouchers are then given as prizes in raffles and auctions and help the organisation to raise money for their good cause. If you are part of a charity or organisation please get in touch to discuss receiving a hypno-relaxation voucher for your event.

The voucher entitles the bearer to a session of relaxation experienced through guided visualisation and hypnosis. Deep relaxation is very beneficial for the body and boosts the immune system, reduces stress and improves mental health.

I also provide an MP3 after the hypno-relaxation session for you to continue the relaxation at home.
