Anxiety, OCD & panic attacks
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease accompanied by physical symptoms which can include a tight feeling in the chest or stomach, fast breathing, dry mouth and the inability to think clearly. Some sufferers have anxiety about a forthcoming event and others find nothing in common in their bouts of anxiety. When people are constantly anxious and on edge and it holds them back from enjoying life.
Panic attacks are a sudden overwhelming feeling of acute and disabling anxiety. Physical symptoms can include breathlessness, racing heartbeat and trembling and this can last from 5 - 20 minutes and can be very frightening.
OCD is a form of anxiety when someone is caught in a cycle of obsessive and compulsive behaviour. Obsessions are unwanted and include intrusive thoughts, images or urges that trigger intensely distressing feelings.
Anxiety is caused by adrenaline entering your body, which is caused by a stress response known as the fight or flight response. The body generates the stress response when it subconsciously senses danger. The problem here is that body has become confused about what is a real threat and what is not; and so it generates adrenaline at the wrong time, causing anxiety.
Using Hypnotherapy, NLP and PSYCH-K we can change the bodys response and stop the unnecessary adrenaline. This results in no more anxiety. Leaving you free and in control of your life which means you can enjoy it and achieve your goals. You don't need to understand why the subconscious feels stressed for for us to change the subconscious.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is an anxiety disorder caused by a very stressful, frightening or distressing event(s). A person can involuntarily and vividly relive the traumatic event through flashbacks, nightmares and images.
Often people will avoid being reminded of the traumatic which can mean avoiding certain people or places that remind them of the trauma. This can lead to the person becoming isolated and withdrawn, and they may also give up pursuing activities they used to enjoy.
Some symptoms include:

PSYCH-K is excellent for fast relief from the problems caused by PTSD. It does not involve talking repeatedly about the event. It takes a few minutes to transform the subconscious minds perception of a stressful event into one of peace and non attachment. The difference that this makes to a person is that they will:
Think about the event much less often
When they do think about it or about a place or person associated with it they feel okay, able to cope, peaceful and at ease
Avoiding places or people that remind them is no longer at the forefront of their mind
They are less hypervigilant which means they behaviour and thoughts are different, and living is so much less exhausting
Grief is the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. Emotions can range from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt and profound sadness.

Depression & sadness

You have probably already done this but you should check that you are practicing good sleep hygiene. This includes no caffeine or stimulants before bed, dark room, comfortable bed, and the correct temperature in the bedroom.
When you are doing this but still can't sleep, then we can update your subconscious mind. We begin by resolving worry and stress.
Stress can prevent the production of Alpha brainwaves, which is what we need to fall asleep. I'll give you a personal MP3 to listen to before bed which will help the mind to relax and move into this state.
Then we can give the subconscious the beliefs it needs to enjoy a good night’s sleep. That means getting to sleep and staying asleep.
The emotion generated from not liking yourself or believing that you are not lovable can pull you down like water in a whirlpool. The relationship that you have with yourself is at the centre of every decision you make and it can prevent you from doing so much.
"What the thinker thinks, the prover proves!".
An example of this saying could be when you sit down next to a stranger at a party and then, they get up and leave. Your brain may think 'they left because of me.' It's more likely that they left to get another drink but your mind would never consider that possibility because the brain likes to prove what it thinks is correct. It searches for evidence to prove its point.

Anger and resentment
When your mind is consumed by these negative emotions you spend time ruminating on why and how you came to feel like this. These thoughts can be all consuming and it can lead to feeling unlucky, like a victim, foolish, irritable and frustrated.
Causes of anger and resentment include relationship breakdown, illness, trauma, abuse, fraud or any other life changing event. When in this state of mind, the positive people and events around you can be over looked or taken for granted.
It feels like this feeling will never change or go away. Peace and non-attachment to these feelings seem impossible. Yet with PSYCH-K it is possible in a short space of time to release these feelings and enjoy peace and non-attachment.
Resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
Lack of confidence
Failure to speak up in, missed opportunities, not asking that person out.
Does this sound familiar? The result is often watching someone who is not as competent as you doing those things instead.
Constantly missing out because of your lack of confidence can leave you feeling lonely, left out, not as good as others. These types of feelings compact the initial subconscious belief that led to the problem.

Phobias & flying
A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object,
situation or animal/person. Phobias include fear of flying, snakes, heights, death, needles, bees, birds, crowds, small spaces, getting a serious illness, dying, zips, mushrooms and much more.
At some point in your life, probably unknown to you why or how it happened, your subconscious mind decided it was a good thing to keep you away from the offending item. This is because your subconscious is always trying to protect you and keep you safe, as described on the fight or flight response page.
All that needs to be done is to update your subconscious with the accurate and relevant information. This will allow you to feel and think differently and your phobia will cease to be a problem.
Fear of public speaking
Do you have a forthcoming speech to make and dread it? Are you worried about it not being clear, loud or well delivered?
If the mere thought makes you feel anxious then help is at hand. It usually only takes between 4-6 sessions to resolve a problem like this.
