Each session seamlessly blends the potent techniques of NLP, PSYCH-K, and Hypnotherapy and you will receive a complimentary Hypnotherapy MP3 at every session to reinforce your progress between sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes, except the first session which is 90 minutes. Cognitive Hypnotherapy can allow you to be free of anxiety, depression, anger, fear, guilt, shame, insomnia, irritability and more.
