About Samantha

I am dedicated to guiding individuals towards happiness and empowering self-belief. As a skilled practitioner in Cognitive Hypnotherapy from the esteemed Quest Institute in London nine years ago, I use my knowledge and expertise to help people overcome obstacles and find their path to fulfilment.

I am a PSYCH-K preferred facilitator, equipped to unlock the power of the mind for transformative change. With over nine years of experience, my journey is enriched by numerous success stories that have positively impacted clients' lives.

I have over 10 years of experience in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K

Using a blend of cutting-edge therapies, clients undergo a remarkable journey that empowers them to update their subconscious.   I believe everyone already has what they need to be amazing inside of them but sometimes we need a little help to find it.

I am affiliated with these organisations:

My background is in computing and business, so I have a scientific and results-based approach to the work I do and love so much.   Having experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K many years ago, I retrained to share the fast and effective change with others.

I am interested in Energy Medicine and the mind and body connection. The mind is incredibly powerful and you can harness this power to change your physical and mental health.  To effectively change a behaviour or habit, the change must occur at the subconscious level because this is where beliefs are held.

I believe that opportunity awaits on the other side of adversity.

I am a Volunteer for Guide Dogs Charity

Having been a volunteer puppy walker for Guide Dogs for the Blind, I support this charity. Our Guide dog puppy was called Rita.

It was a wonderful experience to help this fantastic charity and see first-hand just how incredible these wonderful animals are.

If you think you could volunteer please click here for ways to help.
