Lack of confidence

Failure to speak up in, missed opportunities, not asking that person out.

Does this sound familiar?  The result is often watching someone who is not as competent as you doing those things instead. 

 

Constantly missing out because of your lack of confidence can leave you feeling lonely, left out, not as good as others. These types of feelings compact the initial subconscious belief that led to the problem.

 

Perhaps you are already confident except in certain circumstances, when you are unable to function as you do normally.  It might only be in certain places or with certain people when you lack confidence. 

 

We can get to the root of the problem and change it so that you can enjoy confidence in your life.  Don't let this hold you back any more. Life is too short.
