Thank you to everyone who attended our recent free event! As promised, here is a summary of the fascinating insights we explored about the power of the subconscious mind.

You are unique and amazing

As a human being, you are truly remarkable. Your mind and body make you unique, with no natural predators. Mankind has achieved incredible feats, from creating computers and achieving space travel to performing heart transplants. What sets you apart is your unique collection of experiences that no one else shares.

Subconscious and Conscious Mind

Your mind consists of two parts: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind is responsible for making decisions and choices, such as deciding what to have for dinner or which route to take to work. On the other hand, your subconscious mind orchestrates all your bodily functions, like breathing, blinking, and swallowing. Its primary job is to protect you and keep you alive.

The subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful supercomputer with a vast memory, influencing 95% of our daily decisions. It also holds beliefs about yourself and the world around you, shaping your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.

The origin of beliefs

Beliefs are formed through experiences and messages received throughout your life, starting from childhood. Positive experiences and encouraging messages can foster enabling beliefs, while negative experiences and discouraging messages can lead to limiting beliefs.

For example, if you joined a club as a child and enjoyed it, making friends and receiving praise, you likely developed a positive belief about trying new things. Conversely, if you were constantly told you were not good enough or compared unfavourably to others, you may have limiting beliefs about your abilities.

How beliefs affect us

Your subconscious mind uses beliefs in everything you do. When faced with a situation, it searches its memory bank for similar experiences and retrieves the associated beliefs to guide your feelings, thoughts, and actions.

Enabling beliefs empower you to be your best and fulfil your potential while limiting beliefs hold you back and restrict what you can achieve. They impact various aspects of your life, including relationships, career, prosperity, health, happiness, and self-esteem.

Changing limiting beliefs with Hypnotherapy & PSYCH-K

The good news is that you are not stuck with limiting beliefs or the negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviours they produce. To create lasting change, you need to update your subconscious mind. Remember that you cannot update the subconscious part of your mind by reading a book or listening to a motivational speech.

I offer three main techniques to update the subconscious:

  1. Hypnotherapy: In a comfortable, trance-like state, we can directly communicate with your subconscious mind to identify the root cause of your limiting beliefs and update them with a more empowering perspective.

  2. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): Using visualization and metaphor, NLP allows your subconscious mind to communicate through imagery, enabling you to update the meaning attached to past experiences.

  3. PSYCH-K: This rapid and effective method helps you replace old, limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones by engaging both hemispheres of your brain simultaneously.

Typically, clients experience significant progress in just 4-6 sessions.

Techniques for Daily Life

We also shared two powerful techniques you can use in your daily life:

  1. Whole Brain Posture: This simple posture engages both hemispheres of your brain, promoting calm and focus. Sit in a chair, cross your ankles, outstretch your arms, cross them over, clasp your hands, and bring them towards your chest.

  2. Mirror of the Mind Technique: Developed by Jose Da Silva, this visualization exercise helps you shift from a problem state to a solution state. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine two mirrors: a blue-framed "problem mirror" reflecting your current challenges, and a white-framed "solution mirror" showing you free from those challenges, embodying the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours you desire.

Thank you again for attending the event. As a special offer, I am providing a 15% discount for all attendees. Simply quote the code "Angel15" when booking your session.

I  hope this summary has provided valuable insights into the power of your subconscious mind. If you have any questions or would like to explore how we can help you unlock your full potential, please don't hesitate to reach out.
